Potlucks Galore
I need a recipe book for potlucks. I'm slated for FOUR potlucks this month alone, five if you count Thanksgiving being so close to Dec. I can't keep making the same dishes.

Okay, guilty pleasure is Rachel Ray's cookbooks...and she has one called "2 4 6 8" that makes dishes to serve 2,4,6, or 8 people. All of them are super yummy and take less than thirty minutes to make.

I have done a Snowy Mashed Potato that was a big hit...lots of cream, cheesey goodness. AND the other hit was bacon wrapped breadsticks. I used turkey bacon so it would not shrink.

I love potlucks! I think that things like salads are better, because it will feed more people.
ReplyDeleteSpaghetti, meatballs, chili, lasagne, and casseroles are always simple to make and a sure bet that people will like them.
